"Beware: This site is a total scam"
This site is a total scam. I made a payment, got no service, opened support tickets, sent emails, but never got a response from them. I'll chalk that amount up as a lesson learned for not doing my homework before paying. Don't follow in my footsteps, unless you're okay with tossing your cash to scammers.

"Awful Experience!"
What a nightmare! They gave me the incorrect nameservers and aren't replying to my messages. Seriously, steer clear of this place. *Update* After reaching out to them, my ticket still isn't sorted. They really shouldn't have permitted .de domains since they don't support them. After I followed up again, they just ignored me. It was just a few simple things they needed to sort out. So yeah, not good!
